‘SENDER’ herein means Chocolade House having address at WZ-2104, Rani Bagh, New Delhi – 110034 and ‘RECEIVER’ herein means any person, party, association, firm, limited company, corporation, etc., who make an offer to the Sender to purchase the products on website www.chocoladehouse.in.

 

Product Order

All orders placed by the Receiver shall be in writing and subject to the Sender’s acceptance via a confirmation email. The Invoice will be raised on the receiver against the order placed and goods supplied in terms of the said order. The Seller shall however be at the liberty to accept or refuse any order in full or part without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
