Return & Cancellation Policy

As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. An order once placed goes to the production queue automatically and cannot be cancelled.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us at [email protected] within 24hrs of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement. Please note that if we do not receive a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product you will not be eligible for any replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate gifts, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Chocolade House reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered.

Chocolade House may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks, depending upon the mode of payment collection. 


Order Modification

It is not possible for us to edit customization details such as name, photo or message given or uploaded by the customer. If there is a change in shipping address it needs to be communicated to us immediately after placing the order. We will try and accommodate the change but we cannot be held responsible for delay of such an order.


Final product Mismatch

Please note that this is an edible product and there can be small differences/ variations in the prints on chocolates. Chocolade House is not liable for typos or mistakes in the information uploaded or submitted by the customer. In case the customization details given by the customer have not been incorporated into the product correctly we will make and re-ship the order at no extra charge.


Delayed Delivery/ Non-Delivery of order

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and name, apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery. We are also not liable for delivery delays that are outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, or other general delays on the carriers’ end. Chocolade House is not responsible for failed deliveries when You provide an incorrect or outdated address or Your recipient is out of town or not available.
